Athletic Recruitment Advising

Compete at your dream school.

From Olympic alternates to walk-ons, Ivy slots to full-ride D1 commitments — we run a dedicated athletics practice for families who treat sport as more than a hobby.

Why it matters

Professional Guidance Matters in Recruiting.

Athletics is the Closest Thing to a Guarantee

An offer is essentially a conditional at-will acceptance — you will almost always get in. Getting an almost guaranteed path into an incredibly selective school is only really done through sports.

Increasingly Competitive and Complex

There are hundreds of qualified recruits competing for a handful of spots, and the margins are thin. The 2025 House Settlement shrunk non-revenue roster spots immensely — a projection from the Business of College Sports estimated ~13,000 spots would be lost. What likely-letters and pre-reads actually mean, and the rules you and the coach must comply by, matters now more than ever.

Managing Your Time the Right Way

Do not spend your time worrying about aspects the coach will not care about. Winning is not always doing more — it's doing things the right way at the right time. We custom build plans around your real life — training, school, competition, and more.

The Timeline Moves Faster than You Think

Don't get left behind on Sep. 1st. Coaches have their list well before that date, and have begun their process months if not years in advance. A substantial share of the top offers are gone in the first few weeks.

The Payoff Outlasts Admissions

A National Bureau of Economic Research working paper co-authored by a Harvard Business School professor, tracking the careers of 401,785 Ivy League graduates from 1970 to 2021, found that varsity athletes earn 3.4% more and reach more senior positions than their non-athlete classmates, after controlling for school, graduation year, major, and first job.

A Network for Life

Beyond the bonds you'll forge within your team, you inherit a network — alumni, other athletes, and coaches who open doors for decades. A community of mentors, friends, and connections that will transcend your four years.

Four reasons recruited families work with us
01

Real Insights

We know the ins and outs of each program and process better than anyone. Our team also has experts across almost every sport. For example, we can know what a specific coach looks for, or certain programs prioritize. There's often a lot of selling in the process, so let us help you truly grasp what each school has to offer. We know the right questions to ask, and how to ask them to put yourself in the best position.

02

Communication and Process

Email sendouts, recruiting film, visits, camps, follow-up cadence, etc. Most families lose recruiting because they don't truly understand the subtleties in the process.

03

Academic integration

Your sport is the main lever, but we also help complete your profile. We make sure your story, academics, and essays help you open doors in this process.

A note from Simon
"Recruitment, just like sport, is a team effort. Our team consists of NCAA and Ivy Champions, athletes ranked first in their divisions nationally and internationally, representing over 5 different countries on the Olympic and Junior Olympic stage. None of us could've done it by ourselves, and you shouldn't have to either."

Most athletics consultancies are run by people who never went through the process themselves. Our team not only has the hands-on experience of living the offer, the visit, the decision, but also built a pathway on how to successfully navigate athletics at the collegiate level.
