College admissions outcomes depend on factors beyond any advisor's control. Oak Collegiate makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of admission to any particular institution. We commit to professional effort, current expertise, and honest counsel — not to results.
4. Confidentiality
All information you share with Oak Collegiate is confidential. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or as expressly authorised by the family in writing.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including written materials, guides, and original illustrations — is the property of Oak Collegiate and protected by copyright. You may quote excerpts for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oak Collegiate's total liability arising from or related to any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the family for the services giving rise to the claim.
